Program description. The Wagmore Pet Resort operates a customer care and lead follow-up text-messaging program on 830-331-5812. We use it to answer questions from prospective and current customers, and to follow up on inquiries, reservation requests, your dog's stay, and grooming or daycare appointments. Every message we send is an individual reply from a staff member to a conversation you started. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to a recurring text campaign.

How to join. You opt in by texting our number, 830-331-5812, or by giving us your mobile number on our website and checking the box asking us to text you. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. In most cases we text you only in reply to something you sent us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for text messages.

How to stop, and how to get help. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Replying STOP to any message stops texts to that number. 830-331-5812 receives text messages only — to speak to someone, call our main line at 830-981-2273.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Whether a message arrives depends on your mobile carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that a message we send will reach you or that a message you send will reach us. If something is time-sensitive, call us at 830-981-2273.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Our full text-messaging privacy disclosure is in the Text messaging (SMS) section of our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do.
