We are closed to the public on major holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Guests may arrive or depart any time during business hours; however, we would prefer arrival at least one hour prior to closing. Please schedule departure time to expedite the process. Owners who pick up their pets by our 4:00 p.m. checkout time will not be charged for that day. Owners who pick up their pets after 4:00 p.m., will be charged for the day.
The Wagmore Pet Resort has courtesy hours from 4:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. This time is reserved for pick up and drop off only. Sunday is considered a full day charge. This means you can pick up your pet Monday before 4:00 pm for the same price as picking them up on Sunday.
From San Antonio take IH–10 West towards Boerne, exit #546; Fair Oaks Pkwy/Tarpon Dr, slight left onto IH–10 frontage road to stop sign, cross Fair Oaks Pkwy staying on frontage road about a mile. Turn Right onto Dietz–Elkhorn Rd just after Javelina Harley–Davidson, The Wagmore Pet Resort will be on the right.
From Boerne, take IH–10 East towards San Antonio, exit #546; Fair Oaks Pkwy/Tarpon Dr, Slight left onto IH–10 frontage road to stop sign. Turn left onto Fair Oaks Pkwy, then another left onto IH–10W frontage road. Stay on frontage road about a mile, turn Right onto Dietz–Elkhorn Rd just after Javelina Harley–Davidson, The Wagmore Pet Resort will be on the right.
